Terms of Sale Summary
Effective as of January 2026
By initiating a purchase or entering into a negotiation with RaDomained, all parties agree to the following foundational terms:
1. Proof of Ownership & Authority
  • Seller Guarantee: ReDomained (or the represented party) warrants that we have the legal right to sell, transfer, or lease the domain in question.
  • Clean Title: We guarantee the domain is free of liens, encumbrances, or active legal disputes at the time of the sale.
2. The Escrow Process
  • Mandatory Escrow: For all transactions exceeding $1,000, use of an approved third-party escrow service is mandatory.
  • Release of Funds: Funds will be held in a secure account and only released to the seller once the buyer’s registrar confirms the successful receipt and control of the domain.
3. "As-Is" Digital Asset Status
  • Usage Responsibility: Domains are sold as "digital addresses." ReDomained is not responsible for the buyer’s eventual use of the domain, including trademark infringements or SEO performance resulting from the buyer’s content.
  • Final Sale: Due to the nature of digital assets, all sales are final once the transfer code (Auth-Code) has been provided and the transfer has been initiated.
4. Transfer Timelines
  • Cooperation: Both buyer and seller agree to cooperate with their respective registrars to facilitate the move.
  • Expiry Risk: ReDomained will ensure the domain is renewed for at least 30 days beyond the sale date to prevent expiration during the transfer window.
5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
  • Price Privacy: Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, both parties agree to keep the final purchase price confidential to protect the asset’s market value and the buyer’s privacy.
 
Notice: These terms are designed to ensure a transparent, friction-free transaction for both the brand and the investor. Detailed legal documentation is provided during the contract phase of every acquisition.
